Less cluttered and covered with spam
Social networking site Facebook has been showing off its revamped profile pages to make the hot social networking Website faster, less cluttered and more spam-resistant.
The new design gives Facebook members tabs to give priority to fresh pictures, messages, or "feeds" on the main profile page. Mini-applications and "static" information such as curriculum vitae will get their own sections.
A spokesman for the site said that the changes were designed to make the make the site less cluttered. It will also increase the speed that the site downloads.
