For those of you out there worrying about the Nvidia GPU in your Dell notebook we have good news, Dell has decided to offer a special 12-month extended warranty on a wide range of notebooks featuring the affected GPUs.

The models included in this special extended warranty program includes the Dell Precision M2300, Dell Precision M4300, Dell Precision M65, Latitude D620, Latitude D630, Latitude D630c, Latitude D820, Latitude D830, Vostro Notebook 1310, Vostro Notebook 1400, Vostro Notebook 1510, Vostro Notebook 1710, XPS M1330 and XPS M1530.

It might not be an extensive list, but at least those of you who own one of the aforementioned models can feel safe in knowing that if your GPU fails within the next year or so, Dell will fix the problem for you.
