Yoga 700 looks so cool and cheap

Lenovo has just released its Yoga 700 range which is super practical and has a reasonable price.

It comes in two sizes an 11-inch and a 14-inch model. Both however, they sport only 1920x1080p resolutions which is a far balance between performance and price goes. Of course they are touchscreens, with 10-point multitouch support and have Dolby DS1.0 Home Theatre.

The 11-inch YOGA 700 is designed for users on the move. The 2-in-1 laptop is noted to weigh only 1.1 kg and is only 15.8 mm thin. It also has a 7-hour battery life, which is not bad for a notebook.

The 14-inch YOGA 700 is geared more towards heavy work load, running on a sixth generation Intel Core i7 and paired with an NVIDIA GeForce 940M. The laptop supports up to 8 GB of DDR3L RAM and up to 256 GB of SSD storage.

Johnson Jia, senior vice president, PC Business Group, Lenovo.saiid that fast performance, easy portability, and rich sound and display are features consumers expect in a laptop today.

That’s why we made the new YOGA 700 thinner and more powerful than ever with Windows 10 and Intel’s latest processor. We also added a Full HD IPS display and Dolby stereo speakers as part of its standard features so that consumers can get a premium quality convertible laptop for work and travel, at the price of a standard laptop.”

The 11-inch model will go for $649 while the more powerful 14-inch configuration starts at $799. Both will be available this month. It is fair to say we want one.
