OCZ announced that it acquired Americas most favourite and expensive PSU manufacturer. PC and Power Cooling is the company that can make a 1000W PSU with 70 ampere on a single rail and can power a Quad FX system with Quad SLI if necessary.

Not to many companies can do that. OCZ is becoming a serious player in a PSU world and it wants to grow its influence and they finally stand up to many memory manufactures with much better PSUs than the competition.

We wonder what happens next, as OCZ is working on some crazy DDR3 modules.
