First expirience: 2500 DPI feels good in your hand

We had a chance to see the OCZ Equalizer mouse and spend some time with it. We will follow up with a more detailed review but we just wanted to give you some noise and tell you our first impressions.

The packaging and the mouse are designed very well and the blue colour really suits the mouse. There is a driver CD and you get an application where you can tune and change the button functions. The key button you can notice are the yellow programmable button, rotating and clickable wheal, two side buttons and a DPI switch button.

The mouse supports 600 DPI, 800, 1200, 1600, 2000 and finally 2500 DPI. When you change the resolution the colour of the mouse wheal changes as well and the sensitivity dramatically increase.

You can use it as a left and right hand and you can program all sorts of keys. We will try it over the next few day and give you the full report. For €35 suggested retail price in Europe we think it is a lot of mouse. Stay tuned for more.
