With Romer-G switches

Logitech said it has a new mechanical gaming keyboard aimed at eSports professionals as well as gamers that are looking for a compact keyboard with performance mechanical switches, the Logitech G Pro.

Priced at $129.99, the new Logitech G Pro is a compact keyboard measuring 153x34.3x14.19mm and weighing 980g, which so it does'nt move around your desk. The keyboard was developed in collaboration with the CS:GO Cloud9 team, so maybe it ticks all the right boxes when it comes to professional gaming.

It uses Logitech's own Romer-G mechanical switches, which have an actuation distance of 1.5mm, an actuation force of 45g and total travel distance of 3.0mm. According to Logitech, these offer a "perfect blend" of speed, precision and quiet performance and are 25 percent faster than the competition's standard mechanical switches. They are also "quite durable" and rated at 70+ million keystrokes.

The keyboard also comes with an 1.8m detachable USB braided cable, with the same connector that was seen on the wireless G403 and G400 mice, and has a three step angle adjustment for rubber feet as well as fully customizable RGB lighting.

The Logitech G Pro mechanical keyboard sells in the US for $129.99 and is guaranteed for two years.
