Apple's prettier OS for only $129

Apple has showcased its brand new and soon to come Operating system codenamed Leopard. We saw some pictures and it looks great, but the fact that really caught our attention is the price.

Available from October this piece of marchitecture is going to cost only $129 which is three times cheaper than Vista Ultimate edition which sells for $350.

The new OS has a new finder, new slideshow and bunch of new features and Leopard is 64-bit top to bottom. The same version will even run 64 and 32 bit applications simultaneously.

It looks liket Photoshop freaks will really love the 64 bit version as it will load huge photos such as the 4GB one demonstrated at the show, much faster than a 32 bit OS.

It supports bootcamp, wmware and all kind of other widgets and stuff. You kind of need a Mac for it and it comes in October, but it will certainly make Vista's life difficult, especially at this price.
