399 quid in Blighty, €499 on the continent

Samsung has
unleashed its Nano based netbook on the British isles, at an MSRP of £399. Unfrotunately, the rest of Europe will have to wait a bit longer to get one, as it's still unavailable on the continent, although many retailers are listing it for €499.

The NC20 is a rather stylish 12.1-inch netbook based on VIA's 1.3GHz Nano CPU. It has 1GB of memory, 160GB of storage and the 12.1-inch 1280x800 matte display brings some welcome flavor into an otherwise very dull market segment.

It seems like a quite nice machine, although we would have liked to see a slightly lower price, as for €500 you can get a proper 12.1-inch notebook with a dual-core CPU. So, the Brits should be able to get one immediately, but we're not sure about the rest of Europe. Some retailers expect to have it in stock in late February, but retailers are hardly a reliable source, so take this with a grain of salt.
