Now you can be the center of attention

We are not sure how Microsoft is going to feel about this, but a 22-year-old student named Chris Graziano has decided to make someone’s day and at the same time put some cash in his pocket with his eBay auction of the Xbox Live Gamertag “Hitman.”

It has been said that “Hitman” is one of the most tried terms that users try when creating a gamertag, and now instead of having to settle for some variation of “Hitman” you can own the original if your bid is high enough.

Reports suggest that during the Xbox Live beta, the then 16-year-old Graziano snagged the gamertag and has had it ever since. Graziano says in his auction that you should not bid on this gamertag if you don’t want to be the center of attention, as this is what you will be if you are sporting this tag (which will give the buyer instant gaming credibility).

Graziano claims that he has been unhappy with the direction of video games lately; he also owns a PlayStation 3 and is considering migrating fully to that platform. If not, he is likely just to create a new gamertag and move on with a little more cash in his pocket.
