Facebook founder Mark Zuckenberg talked about the site's
upcoming facelift in a chat with Business Week, and the social
networking site is to become a bit more Twitter like.
Some major changes are expected for Facebook pages, which will look a
lot more like profile from now on, and will update more frequently to
draw a bigger crowd. So pages and profiles are to become almost
identical.
The Twitter-esque bit of the revamp is the Stream, or news feed on
steroids, which will allow for more customization and filtering
options. The new feed will be more real time based, and will not refresh
periodically like the current one. Also, it should be a lot easier to
eliminate spam.
The facelift should go live on March 11, and you can check out the full interview
