Celebrating with charity

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has proudly announced the social networking site has recently welcomed its 200 millionth user. This means just under 3 percent of the world's population has a Facebook account.

If Facebook were a nation, it would be the world's 5th most populous one, behind Indonesia with 229 million and ahead of Brazil with 191 million inhabitants. However, we don't doubt for a second Brazil would beat Facebook with a double digit score in any football match, apart from the ones played on PlayStations, of course.

Zuckerberg says the outfit will celebrate the milestone with a series of charitable drives, and that it will create a space on Facebook in which users will be able to share their stories on how Facebook has helped their communities.
