Just $99, and hardly worth it

Guangzhou-based
SkyTone is offering the Alpha 680, a $99 Android-based netbook, but if you're starting to think it's a bargain, you're in for a surprise.

It's based on the ARM11 CPU at 533 MHz, has 128MB of DDR2 and 1GB of Flash storage. The vendor claims it can cope with MPEG1/2/4,WMV9 and H.263,H.264. On the bright side, it has a swivel touch screen, although it's just a 7-inch 800x480 panel reminiscent of the one used on the first gen Eee PC 701.

Basically, as a computer it fails in most aspects, but if you've got kids, here's a nice way to keep them away from your PC and let them browse around the house. Just don't forget to get an SD card while your at it, as 1GB isn't enough for a phone, let alone a netbook.
