Reuters reports that one of the major PC players, Dell has filed a lawsuit against five tech companies accusing them of price fixing LCD displays.

The companies in question are Sharp Corp, Hitachi Ltd, Toshiba Corp, Seiko Epson and HannStar. Companies’ representatives have mostly declined to comment either due to the sensitivity of the matter or due to further investigation into the subject.

Dell’s spokesman said that the company has not yet decided on the level of damages the company will seek.
