Since ATI has dropped the prices of Radeon 3850 cards to a very acceptable level, we heard that these one-year old cards are selling quite well. At the same time Radeon HD 4670 is quite a hit card, as it doesn’t need additional power and it costs around €60.

You get a decent card, faster than Geforce 9500GT and slower than Geforce 9600GSO (renamed 8800GS) and you don’t pay a lot of money for it.

ATI has put a lot of pressure on Nvidia with both product quality and aggressive pricing and they are having a moment of glory after a while. We will see how the situation will develop in the next few weeks and months, but it all looks very rosy for ATI and not so great for Nvidia.
