Quad-SLI possible

Thanks to the pictures of a pre-production dual 55nm GT200b Geforce card that guys from VR-Zone managed to score we now know that Quad-SLI will be possible due to the fact that it has a single SLI connector.

The new pictures also show that the card will need one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCIe power connector for additional power. This dual 55nm GT200b behemoth is already sampled and should end up significantly faster than the HD 4870 X2 and Geforce GTX 280 cards.

According to guys from VR-Zone which posted these pictures, the new GTX 295 should have 480 stream processors and a 289W TDP. The clocks remain a mystery at this point.
