Finalized 182.05s with full OpenGL 3.0 support

This
morning, Nvidia released its official Geforce 182.06 WHQL certified drivers dated February 9th. Not much is different in this release from the previous 182.05 WHQL-candidate drivers, other than the fact that they are official and add full support for OpenGL 3.0 on Geforce 8-series, 9-series, and 200-series GPUs.

Since the 182.05 WHQL-candidate drivers were released last week, Nvidia has resolved an issue with system hangs when switching between performance states on Geforce 9800GTX/GX2/GT/GTX+ and Geforce 8800GTS/GT/GS graphics cards.

On another note, the same performance advantages that were present in 182.05 are also present in 182.06:

Up to 8% performance increase in Fallout 3 at high resolution and AA.
Up to 10% performance increase in F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin.
Up to 9% performance increase in Half-Life 2 at high resolution with AA.
Up to 11% performance increase in Left 4 Dead at high resolution with AA.
Up to 10% performance increase in Race Driver: GRID at high resolution and AA.

The release notes also mention that SLI antialiasing currently has limited support, and the Graph tab on the Adjust Desktop Color Settings page is not available.

Finally, this release comes with PhysX 9.09.0203 WHQL, which is supposed to resolve some installation issues from 9.09.0121 on non-English systems.
