The one with GDDR5 memory

We managed to get a picture of Gainward's HD 4850 Golden Sample Goes Like Hell card, and as we guessed it will have a non-reference cooler.

As we wrote before, this one is a hybrid of sorts, as it comes with 512MB of GDDR5 memory that works at 3,600MHz and uses 256-bit memory interface. The card works at 700MHz for the GPU and has DVI, DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA outputs.

The card is cooled by a rather large fan placed in the center of the card, and the entire card is covered by a black shroud bearing the Gainward logo. The similar cooler is used on on Gainward's Golden Sample HD 4850 cards but with a slightly different cover.

It will be interesting to see the price of this card, as it should come close to the HD 4870 performance, and hopefully it will cost less than it.
