Non-reference HD 5770/5750 to come soon

AMD has finally gave the green light on non-reference HD 5770/5750 cards and is now giving partners those Juniper GPUs, which means that we will see more non-reference HD 5770/5750 cards pretty soon.

Both the HD 5770 and the HD 5750 are based on AMD's 40nm Juniper GPU and the first one features 800 stream processors while the HD 5750 is cut to 720. We are pretty sure that partners will do factory overclocked cards as we have already seen that these can do much more than reference clocks.

Bear in mind that the previously pictured "new design" HD 5770 is still a ATI design card and according to what we heard these cards are already on the market for some time, although retailers/e-tailers haven't changed the picture of it.

HIS has shown its non-reference HD 5750 with a blue PCB and IceQ cooler, Powercolor is working on an overclocked PCS+ version, and we are quite sure that all other partners will join in quite soon.
