Updated: All will be known on 12th of March

According to a post over at VR-Zone (via Chinese VR-Zone), it appears that Kepler might be just around the corner and it will feature 1536 CUDA Cores.

The full spec list includes GPU clock set at 705 while shaders work at 1411MHz, meaning that, Nvidia decided to use so called "hotclocks" once again. In addition to the impressive number of 1536 CUDA Cores, the rumoured specs include 2GB of GDDR5 memory that is supposedly clocked at 6000MHz. Paired up with a 256-bit memory interface, the GTX 680 should have a total memory bandwidth of 192GB/s.

Nvidia is expected to host a GTX 680 event on 12th of March and we have already heard this date from some of our sources as well. If all goes well, Nvidia expects the card to show up on retail/e-tail shelves as of 23rd of March.

You can check out the VR-Zone report here.

Update: Just to clear some confussion we must note that the 12th of March is actually an NDA Editors day while official reviews should be online on 23rd of March. Of course, we certainly expect a leak or two right after the 12th of March.
