Brings a couple of game improvements

AMD has released a new WHQL-certified update for its Radeon Software Crimson Edition drivers, which includes a couple of game fixes and improvements, the Radeon Software Crimson Edition 15.12 WHQL.

The new drivers update will fix some issues in a couple of currently popular games, including some rendering problems in Star Wars Battlefront, flicker issues in Fallout 4, texture corruption in Just Cause 3 as well as some issues seen with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and AMD Crossfire.

According to the release notes, the new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 15.12 WHQL-certified update also fixes high idle power usage on Windows 7 when running Radeon Settings and a couple of other issues seen with Radeon Settings.

Unfortunately, the new update does not appear to fix certain downclocking issues previously noticed by some users but does fix fan issues. The release notes come with a hefty list of known issue in various games so AMD will hopefully release another update in near future that will take care of the rest of these problems.

As always, you can find the new AMD Radeon Software update at AMD's support page.
