AMD rolls out Radeon Software 16.3.1 Crimson Edition drivers

New Crossfire profiles and couple of fixes

AMD has released the new AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.3.1 hotfix drivers which include new and updated Crossfire profiles for Hitman and Need for Speed games and fixes a couple of issues noticed with the previously available drivers. 

Available for Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 OS in both 32-bit and 64-bit flavors, the new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.3.1 drivers support all AMD Radeon graphics cards from Radeon HD 7700/7900 days. 

According to the release notes over at AMD's drivers support page, the new Radeon Software 16.3.1 hotfix drivers bring new Crossfire support for Need for Speed game as well as a much needed Crossfire profile update for Hitman game. 

The release notes also include a list of resolved issues and a couple of imporant ones include a fix for frame rate being locked to the monitor refresh rate in some DirectX 12 applications, fixed intermittent hang in UE4 applications, and a couple of fixes for Radeon Settings Gaming tab and Oculus Video Application.
