A director of AMD confirmed

In an interview to PC games hardware Germany ATI's Director of Desktop Discrete Product Marketing at AMD, a chap we know for a long time called Vijay Sharma, confirmed a lot of our stories.

He confirmed at least two of our stories including the one about 80 nanometre and the one about the bridge chip strategy. You can read them here and here.

We won't even say that Mr Vijay confirmed all the stories we ran about the R600 delay being a strategy move rather than delay.

At least he confirmed that there will be a big event in April, which confirms our early May for the real launch story. Well, read the rest of the interview here, it is really educational.
