We are expecting a 825MHz clocked Radeon HD 2950XT, or RV670XT, as most of ATI calls this card, but the clocks are still not final.
Sources close to ATI have confirmed that the clocks are going to be the last thing to be finalized and at this time we can't really say what the final ones are going to be.
The RV670XT might end up working at 825MHz, but it might be a bit faster at the end even slower if something goes wrong. The good news is that ATI is back on track to fight Nvidia at the time of their G92 launch with a similar part.
