According to our favorite European price search engine, Geizhals.at, ATI's HD 3650 for AGP is currently available and it retails at around €70 for the DDR2 version and around €80 for the GDDR3 version.

Sapphire and Asus have these cards, but for some reason they weren't officially announced. Asus's card is passively cooled and it features 512MB of DDR2 memory. According to the specs at Geizhals.at, Asus's card works at 725MHz for the core and the memory works at 500MHz (1000MHz effective). The only drawback is that this is a dual slot card.

On the other hand, Sapphire's offer comes with 512MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 800MHz (1600MHz effective). The core is left at reference 725MHz. The picture of this card is available on Sapphire's Web site and unlike Asus's card, Sapphire's is a single slot card cooled by a small fan.
