Sparkle has announced that its Calibre 9600GT will now be available with 1GB of memory. Just like the previous 512MB Calibre P960G, this one is also using a rather unique dual fan cooler.

The new card will feature 1024MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 900MHz (1,800MHz effective) on a 256-bit memory interface. The core works at 700MHz. The card has 64 Stream processors clocked at 1800MHz.

Other features include PCI-Express 2.0, DirectX 10 and Shader Model 4.0 support. The card should sell for around €160-170 as soon as it becomes available.
