Today, Nokia launched a final version of their app, Maps 2.0, and the application is now officially out of beta phase. Maps 2.0 application offers directions to your chosen destinations, whether you’re in a vehicle or on foot.

It has advanced navigation for drivers, multimedia guides through cities, satellite images, and the new and improved user interface will make sure that using it is a breeze.

Nokia Maps 2.0 uses vector maps made by Navteq and TeleAtlas. The maps cover over 200 countries, whereas full navigation is provided for over 70 countries.
