Palm has confirmed that
its new Palm Pre will run games although it is not clear quite what
yet.
According to Engadget, Palm said games will be part of the Pre
experience, along with various other applications that will be offered through a
Palm-style version of Apple's App Store.
Mobile gaming has done well on the
iPhone and iPod Touch, and has been one of the ways that Apple has managed to
flog the gizmo. Palm seems to be depending on Adobe's support by allowing
developers to build Flash applications for the new Pre.
