The new 790i SLI FTW Digital PWM

EVGA has decided to make the 790i SLI FTW motherboard a bit better by adding a digital PWM to the list of features on already great 790i SLI FTW motherboard.

The rest of the specs are basically the same as with previously released 790i SLI FTW that comes without digital PWM. Those "old" features include 8-phase power, solid state capacitors and ferrite core chokes, on-board clear CMOS, power and reset buttons, extreme DDR3 speeds, 2-way and 3-way SLI support, nine SATA-2 ports, innovative chipset fan design that directs airflow away from the graphics card and much more.

The new 790i SLI FTW Digital PWM, on the other hand, has improved voltage stability, voltage efficiency and should bring improved overclockability, thanks to the new digital PWM. If you are wondering how good this motherboard really is, just bear in mind that this is the motherboard which broke P30k in 3DMark Vantage, and is currently the fastest system at Futuremark's ORB. You can check it out here.

The new EVGA 790i SLI FTW Digital PWM motherboard is currently available at the EVGA Store with a price tag set at US $399.99. You can find it here.
