ECS' Black Series AM3+ motherboard

Following the recent showcase of Asus, MSI and Gigabyte AMD 990FX based motherboards, the guys from Donanimhaber managed to score a picture of ECS motherboard based on the same chipset, the ECS Black Series A990FXM-A.

Featuring prety much the same specs as all the other motherboard that were showcased earlier, the ECS is trying to stand out with the colour of its Black Series motherboard, or the lack of it to be precise. As far as the specs are concerned, you are looking at the AM3+ motherboard with AMD 990FX northbridge with four DDR3 DIMM slots with support for dual-channel DDR3-1866. It comes with three PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slots working at x16/x16 or x16/x8/x8 mode with support for Nvidia's SLI and AMD's CrossfireX multi-GPU setups.

The A990FXM-A features six SATA 6Gbps wired from the southbridge as well as a single IDE and two eSATA ports from a 3rd party chip. The rest of the specs include integrated audio, bunch of USB 2.0 and four USB 3.0 prots, dual Gigabit Ethernet, on-board power/reset buttons, integrated Bluetooth, and much more.

The ECS A990FXM-A is scheduled to show up in mid-June as it is the case with all AMD 990FX based motherboards and Computex will surely be flooded with them. You can find more here.
