With GA-AB350N-Gaming WiFi
Those looking to make a mean compact gaming system or an HTPC based on AMD's latest Ryzen CPUs and AM4 platform do not have plenty of choices but with the latest Gigabyte GA-AB350N-Gaming WiFi AM4 motherboard, things are changing for the better.
Based on X370 and B350 chipsets
Biostar has unveiled its first two socket AM4 motherboards that are based on 17x17cm mini-ITX form-factor, the Racing B350GTN and the Racing X370GTN.
Based on B350 chipset
While there were plenty of mATX and ATX socket AM4 motherboards, the mini-ITX motherboards for Ryzen CPUs have been pretty rare but it appears that this will change as Gigabyte is also working on such a motherboard based on AMD's B350 chipset.
Crossfire works on B350 as well
According to the latest detailed specifications of the upcoming AMD socket AM4 motherboards, it appears that only the high-end X370 chipset will actually support Nvidia SLI while Crossfire will also be available on mid-range B350 chipset motherboards.
X370, B350 and A320 ready for Ryzen and Bristol Ridge
AMD has officially announced its newest socket AM4 motherboards that will be based on X370, B350 and A320 chipset and support its new Ryzen CPUs and the upcoming Bristol Ridge APUs.
Based on mid-range B350 chipset
Two new Gigabyte motherboards with the new AM4 socket have been spotted online, showing what to expect from launch later this year.
AM4 socket and DDR4 memory support
While we already had a chance to see AMD's new AM4 socket on HP's OEM motherboard with the A320 chipset, the latest leak shows Gigabyte's B350 chipset motherboard in full details.
