AMD and Intel about to rough them up a little and run them out of town

Nvidia is not going to come out of new competition from AMD and Intel that well, according to analysts Well Fargo.

Earlier rumors suggest it had fewer CUDA cores

Earlier this week, a leak suggested that the alleged 3GB version of the Geforce GTX 1060 could pack less CUDA cores than the 6GB version of the same card and today, a fresh leak claims that Nvidia has decided not to launch it at all, but rather use that GPU for the GTX 1050 in December.

Nvidia got back to us with the official pricing for the Geforce GTX 1060 with  more details than our earlier article we posted last Friday. The card in the US will cost $249 + tax while EU cards with VAT will range from 279 Euro. The UK price is GBP 239 which is at current exchange identical to Euro pricing. They will launch on July 19th.  

€319 priced Founders Edition to be sold by Nvidia

According to the latest report which suggests that Nvidia partners will not sell the €319 priced GTX 1060 Founders Edition, Nvidia has finally announced the European MSRP for the Geforce GTX 1060, set at €234 exc. VAT.
