Planned to sell it off

UK telecoms
regulator Ofcom has done a u-turn on its plans to sell off the part of the radio spectrum used for radio microphones.

Wireless microphone users feared that they would be priced out of the auction process.

Ofcom has launched a new consultation to find a way of ensuring spectrum remains available for radio mic users.
