Ready for overclocking
A set of new AMD Ryzen slides that have surfaced recently has confirmed that the entire Ryzen CPU lineup will have an unlocked multiplier and be ready for launch by the end of Q1 2017.
Leak from the Doom demo PC system
It appears that AMD brought a new Ryzen CPU ES sample to CES 2017 show, which is now running at 3.6GHz base and 3.9GHz CPU Turbo clock, which is by 200MHz higher than the chip seen at the New Horizon event last year.

Eight core/16-thread SKU with 3.4GHz base clock
At its scheduled New Horizon event, AMD has now officially confirmed its branding for the Zen CPU architecture, now to be known as the Ryzen. As we said before, the only SKU announced and detailed so far is the 8-core/16-thread CPU.
Summit Ridge coming in Q1 2017
