Parliament, Foreign Office Web sites hit

UK newspaper the Guardian claims that Chinese hackers have been attacking key British government computer networks.

Online assaults have been made against the network at Britain's Parliament and the Foreign Office.

Security experts have said China was home to a large number of insecure computers and networks that hackers in other countries could use todisguise their locations and launch attacks.
