Samsung Electronics is being sued by a local food supply chain
over an Internet domain name.
The unnamed small-time chain, has
filed a lawsuit appealing against an earlier decision that the company
should hand over the domain name "sens.co.kr" to Samsung.
Samsung registered "SENS" as a trademark for its computers and monitors, but the
chain which supplies a popular Korean-style fast food made from dried
seaweed and stuffing got the domain name instead.
