Hong Kong government supports raid

Earlier this month, the High Court in Hong Kong ordered a raid at Nintendo’s request to intercede and investigate Supreme Factory Limited facilities.

Nintendo representatives identified more than 10,000 game copying devices and mod chips during the three-day raid. These chips and devices violate the copyrights and trademarks of the Nintendo DS and Wii. Supreme Factory Limited is part of a global distribution network that uses devices to copy and play Nintendo DS games unlawfully, and the mod chips are used to play pirated Wii disks or illegal ISOs downloaded over the Internet.

Some documents found in the raid suggest ties to French company, Divineo SARL.
