According to Akihabaranews.com, Toshiba will be the first company that will include a 128GB SSD in its Dynabook SS RX1 which should be available in Japan next month.

Other features of this 12.1-inch notebook from Toshiba include 1.2GHz Core 2 Duo U7600 processor, 2GB of memory, Intel's 945GMS Express integrated graphics and 1,280x800 display. The battery life depends on your choice of batteries, from 6.2 to a stunning 12.5 hours.

All of this comes with a price of ¥400,000, or $4,000, and it should be available in Japanese retail stores and outlets sometime next month.
