Microsoft and HCL release lowest-priced Laptop

Microsoft 
and HCL Infosystems plan to release what they claim will be the world’s lowest-priced Windows PC.

The laptop will be launched under HCL's MiLeap brand and will cost 271 euro.  It will be sold in India, mostly to students. It will also be tied to Microsoft’s training 50,000 students on Microsoft technologies in a span of three years.
