BFG Technologies, more commonly known in the USA for its graphics cards, has announced a new addition to its power supply offer, the ES-800.

According to the press release, the new PSU from BFG features Frequency Conversion technology which lets it emulate virtually any size power supply. This should enable the PSU to be at least 80% efficient, even when under low 10% load. It also features all Japanese made capacitors and gold-plated pins, which should improve in overall PSU stability and quality.

As for the specs, it comes with ATX12V 2.2 and EPS 12V 2.91 support. It has four 12V rails, two of them with 22A and other two with 36A. It is back up with a lifetime warranty and the cooling is done by a single 138mm fan. Besides the usual motherboard connectors, the new BFG PSU features two 6-pin PCI-Express connectors, two 8-pin (6+2-pin) PCI-Express connectors, six 4-pin and six SATA connectors.
