The Heatkiller GPU-X²

Germany-based Watercool has released its 9800GTX water cooling block called the Heatkiller GPU-X². If you remember, these guys made the water cooling solution for MSI's X38 Hydrogen motherboard.

As with all other water cooling blocks previously introduced, this one also covers most of the card's PCB. According to the press release from Watercool, the new Heatkiller features an innovative connection system which should allow it to be used in SLI and tri-SLI setups.

According to what we could see on Watercool's forum, when mounted on the Geforce 9800GTX it raises the card's weight to 1014g. It's not the lightest one around, but it should perform well.

The cooler should be available now for €84,95. You can find it here.
