An update of the Xbox 360 controller

In addition to the new Kinect and, of course, the new Xbox One, Microsoft also unveiled the new Xbox One controller. Design wise not much has been changed, other than to the D-pad but it also promises a bunch of new features.

Although the shape of it is pretty much the same, there are a couple of changes that starts off with moved Xbox button that is now located at the top of the controller. Microsoft also redesigned D-Pad as well as the thumbsticks that are now textured. The triggers will have a built-in rumble and Microsoft now calls the "Impulse Triggers". Of course, it still stayed true to its own version of ABXY buttons.

The backside battery compartment is much smaller now and although there have not been any specific info regarding it, we are quite sure that it will be much better than the previous one. Of course, we'll have to wait for the E3 show for more info.
