Judge warns people to stop mucking around

Three people who claimed Mark Zuckerberg stole their social networking idea have been told to stop mucking around and accept the settlement they reached with Facebook. U.S. District Court Judge James Ware told former Harvard University classmates of Zuckerberg that they would have to take the cash and Facebook stock they agreed to accept in February.

Divya Narendra and twins, Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, said that Zuckerberg stole their idea after they hired him to work on a Web site that eventually became ConnectU. The ConnectU founders settled the case, but later got cross, claiming that Zuckerberg and other Facebook officials lied to them about the value of the outfit.

Judge Ware didn't find that Facebook made any misrepresentations during settlement negotiations, as they were all grown ups and knew what they were doing when they signed the piece of paper. The Judge ordered a final hearing July 2 to consider any objections and to figure out how to carry out the settlement.
