Zalman
has officially announced and released ZM500-ST and ZM600-ST PSUs that will, at least according to Zalman, have the best price/performance ratio on the market.

These 500W and 600W models feature a non-modular design, dual +12V rails, and an 80Plus certification with a maximum efficiency of 80 percent, something that you would indeed expect to see on a quality mainstream PSU. The ZM600-T has a maximum load of 60Amps, 30Amps on each rail, while the 500W model is limited to 40Amps, 20A per rail.

Both units feature an ultra quiet 120mm fan, all sleeved cables, two-forward switching circuit design, a three year warranty and support for dual graphics cards.

According to Zalman, both of these new PSUs should be available pretty soon, although they are still not listed in Europe or the USA.
