RV770LE based

We've
told you that Radeon 4830 is going to launch shortly. Our latest information indicates that it will launch during next week.

The card is based on RV770LE core, which is nothing more than RV770PRO with a few pipelines disabled, more conservative clock and lesser bandwidth. This naturally means that this card will end up significantly cheaper than Radeon HD 4850 and it is out and about to fight Geforce 9800GT-based products.

The significant detail that we've found out at press time is that the shader number will be dropped from the original 800 with RV770XT and PRO chips to 480 with RV770LE in Radeon HD 4830.

The card will be launched and probably available by the end of next week.
