Triple-fan AC Accelero Xtreme

Sparkle has decided to announce yet another graphics card based on Nvidia's GT200 GPU, the GTX 285 Plus. The card comes with a decent factory overclock and comes with Arctic Cooling's Accelero Xtreme cooler with three 92mm fans.

The new card runs at 666MHz for the core, 1512MHz for shaders and 2520MHz for 1GB of GDDR3 memory. Considering the fact that the reference card runs at 648/1476/2484MHz for core, shaders and memory we find this to be a decent factory overclock and we are quite sure that it can go even higher, thanks to the triple fan Arctic Cooling behemoth.

The rest of the specs include 240 processing cores, 512-bit memory interface, dual DVI outputs and support for Nvidia's SLI, PhysX and CUDA. The cooler itself covers most of the card, and this behemoth from Arctic Cooling feature 107 aluminium fins, five copper heatpipes, three 92mm fluid dynamic bearing fans spinning from 1000 to 2000 RPM and pre-applied AC's MX-2 thermal paste.

With Arctic Cooling's Accelero Xtreme strapped on it, we doubt that there will be any problems with additional overclocking or temperatures and this might be the fastest air-cooled GTX 285 card on the market.
