Two green graphics cards

In order to show that ATI can also be a bit green, PowerColor has re-launched two graphics cards that will be a part of its Go! Green series. First two cards that will be a part of this new eco-green series are the HD 4650 SCS3 and HD 4350 SCS cards.

Both cards are cooled by Powercolor's well known SCS passive coolers, and Powercolor claims that they consume less power than their direct competitors, the 9500GT and 8400GS. To be precise Powercolor notes that these consume 38 and 24 percent less power. Both cards come with 512MB of DDR2 memory that works at 800MHz while the GPU is set at 600MHz on both cards.

Of course, the difference between these cards is substantial, as the HD 4650 features 320 Stream processors and a 128-bit memory interface, while the low-profile HD 4350 only features 80 Stream processors and a 64-bit memory interface.

As they were both previously launched, the cards can already be found in European shops. The HD 4650 SCS3 is available with a with a lowest price set at €47,49, while the HD 4350 SCS is of course cheaper and can be found for €29,96.
