Fixes some issues for Radeon VII and RX Vega series

AMD has released its latest Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.4.1 driver which fixes some bugs seen with Radeon VII and RX Vega series graphics cards.

Although it does not have any game-specific optimizations, the Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.4.1 driver does fix some big problems including system instability, or an intermittent system hangs when three or more displays are connected and enabled at the same time on Radeon VII and Radeon RX Vega series graphics cards.

It also fixes an intermittent crash or application hang when MSAA is enabled bug in World of Warcraft patch 8.1.5, issues with Radeon WattMan auto-overclock feature on Radeon RX Vega, issues with Vari-Bright changes on Ryzen Mobile Processors with Radeon Vega Graphics systems and issues with intermittent graphical corruption in World of Tanks when game settings are set to minimum on Radeon RX Vega series.

There are still several bugs listed that should be fixed with future driver updates, including flicker on HDR displays in Netflix, and issues with performance metrics overlay and Radeon Wattman gauges on Radeon VII.

The Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.4.1 driver is available for 64-bit Windows 7 and Windows 10 and supports all graphics cards since Radeon HD 7700/HD 7900 series and AMD Ryzen Mobile and other APUs with Radeon and Vega graphics.
