We asked around and confirmed that the rialto chip that ATI uses is the same as the chip before. RV610 and RV630 cards in AGP flavour should come three weeks after the original PCIe shipment.

The way things looks now there is a big chance that you will be able to get AGP based DirectX 10 in July.
