Due next week

While most of the memory manufacturers haven’t even launch the real low latency and fast 2 GB kits, OCZ is preparing to launch what might be a first 4GB DDR3 kit.

We don’t know many details but our industry sources have confirmed that you can expect this new low latency DDR3 4 GB kit as soon as next week.

Usually when you saw low latency DDR3 it means CL7 or maybe CL8 but we are still in the dark. We only know that this will be quite expensive piece of memory and you can expect the price of $800 if not even more.
