Should have capacitive touch screen

Digitimes is reporting that Nokia has placed orders for capacitive touch displays for what is believed to be an upcoming replacement handset to the XpressMusic 5800 which should be good news to those that doesn't like using a stylus with their phone.

The XpressMusic 5800 has sold over 3 million units already, but many reviews complained about the fact that the handset uses a resistive touch screen which requires the usage or a stylus most of the time, unlike the iPhone which features a capacitive touch screen.

Nokia is said to have ordered enough screens for some 2 million handsets of the yet unknown handset which supposedly will start shipping in May or June. Hopefully Nokia will be able to tune its OS to make it a bit more finger friendly at the same time, as this is generally the biggest problem with touch screen handsets, as the menus are often too small to work well with finger input.
